Fractional AI Advisor · Monthly retainer · Duluth, Superior, the Iron Range

One working automation every month. Cancel any month.

We work inside your business and ship one working automation every month. In month one we map how the work actually moves, find the three to five places where automation pays off first, and build one of them before month two starts. After that we keep what is running healthy, improve it as the tools change, and build the next one. You are month to month from the first day, so the only thing keeping you here is the work.

No minimum term. Cancel any month and what we built is yours. It lives in your own tools and keeps running. What stops is the upkeep, so when something underneath it changes, that repair is on you unless you come back.

What this covers

What we actually do.

01

A month-one map of how your business actually runs, built on site

02

Three to five automation candidates, ranked by what they give back

03

One automation built and running before the next month starts

04

Upkeep and updates on everything we have already shipped for you

What you get

Leaving with something in your hands.

Deliverables

  • A written map of your workflows
  • A ranked shortlist of three to five automations
  • One automation running in your own tools each month
  • Plain notes on how it works and how to shut it off

What we need from you

  • Two or three hours with us in month one
  • One person who can answer questions and approve work
  • Logins to the tools we are automating

Where this stops

What this is not.

  • There are two of us. That caps how many retainer clients we can carry at once, and when we are at the cap we will tell you the date we open up instead of squeezing you in.
  • One automation a month means one. If the thing you want is bigger than a month, we will say so before you sign, not in week three.
  • This is not a support desk. There is no 24/7 line, and we do not take work that needs a compliance posture we cannot honestly claim.

We would rather tell you the edge of the work up front than discover it together halfway through.

Next step

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Most owners call us with one job that keeps slipping. That is a fine place to start.
