We sit with you and the people who do the work, on-site in the Northland or over video. We map who does what, in which tools, where it waits, and what only one person knows. On a single project this is part of scoping. For the bigger picture, it's the Workflow Assessment.

A written plan: what goes on top, what goes inside, and what we'd build around. Each part comes with the hours it should give back and a flat price.

Per project, per scope. We build in your accounts where we can, so it stays yours.
