For a bigger picture than one project. We sit with you and up to three of your people, on-site if you're close, and map your two or three biggest workflows. Then we rank what to fix first by the hours each change gives back, and we name the highest-payoff fix first, even when it isn't more AI.
What we do

What you get
- A written report within 48 hours of our last session
- Three to five changes, ranked by the hours each gives back
- Where each change fits: on top of your tools, inside them, or around them
- A walk-through of the findings with you
What we need from you
- About an hour of your time
- Thirty minutes each from up to three people who do the work
- Honest answers about what actually happens, not what the handbook says
The terms
- Money back if we can't find five hours a week to give back
- Credited in full toward any build that follows
- Price agreed before we start, and invoiced after
Where this stops
- We don't build anything during the assessment. That's a separate, flat-priced project.
- We don't need access to your systems to do this.
- We don't interview forty people. You and three people who do the work is enough at your size.
We would rather tell you the edge of the work up front than discover it together halfway through.
