Material handling · Ownership · AI use

You should know where your company knowledge goes.

No borrowed compliance language. These are the current facts, including what has not been proven.

01

Where your material lives, and who sees it

Your documents live on our own machines and in our own private cloud storage. Two people can see them: Derek, who builds, and Anthony, who handles clients. That is the whole list — no contractors, no offshore team, nobody else on staff, because there is nobody else on staff.

02

What we never do with it

We don't sell it, share it, or publish it. We don't use one company's material to answer another company's questions — every Brain is built only from that company's own knowledge. And your documents don't go into free consumer AI tools.

03

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. If you want one in place before you send us anything, ask and we'll sign it. It's a normal request and it doesn't slow anything down.

04

Can we see one before we commit?

Yes, and we would rather show you a real one than a canned demo. We will walk you through a Brain answering from approved knowledge and refusing when nothing covers the question, on a call, using an example rather than your material. Nothing you say in that conversation goes into anything.

05

Does an AI model touch our documents while you build?

Yes, and we'd rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise. We use commercial AI tools to help structure and check your material while we build it — the same class of tool your Brain runs on. We use paid business accounts, not free consumer ones, and their terms say your content isn't used to train the vendor's models. If your industry needs something stricter than that, tell us before we start and we'll scope it.

06

Client ownership

Clients own knowledge, documents, registers, branding, data, and exports.

07

What we own

The methods, templates and test sets we bring to the work. Not your knowledge, and not the answers we help you approve.

08

Ending service

Hosted access ends when monthly management ends.

09

Limitation

Export-and-restore migration has not yet been proven end to end.
