Contact · Duluth, Minnesota · (218) 522-4466

No front desk. We answer our own phone.

Call (218) 522-4466 or write to help@techstarsuniversity.com. Derek builds the systems and Anthony works with clients, so whichever way you reach us, one of the two of us is who you get. On-site work covers Duluth, Superior, Hermantown, Proctor and Cloquet. Company Brain and automation work we deliver remotely, anywhere in the United States.

The conversation costs nothing. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that.

What happens next

After you get in touch.

What you get

  • A reply from Derek or Anthony, not an autoresponder
  • A conversation about what is actually slowing your week down
  • A plain description of what we would build and what we would leave alone
  • A flat-rate quote you approve before any work starts

Worth having ready

  • The one task that eats the most hours every week
  • The name of whoever holds knowledge nobody else has
  • The software you already pay for, including what nobody uses

Setting expectations

Who actually picks up.

  • Calls and email go straight to Derek and Anthony, because there is no receptionist, no answering service, and nobody else on staff.
  • We answer during normal working hours and usually the same business day, though if we are out on a job it can be the next morning.
  • Nothing is charged for a conversation, and you will never get an invoice for asking us questions.

We would rather tell you the edge of the work up front than discover it together halfway through.

Next step

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Most owners call us with one job that keeps slipping. That is a fine place to start.
