Tech Stars University (Duluth, MN) sets up and runs AI automation for every kind of business — missed-call text-back, follow-up, voice reception, and related tools — and provides on-site computer repair. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines for any paid work are agreed with you directly before we start.

Paid work is invoiced as agreed — for the AI Consultation, payment is by invoice after the call, not at booking. Our consultation guarantee is simple: if we can't identify at least 5 hours a week you could save, we refund the $1,000. If you move forward with a build, the consultation fee credits 100% toward it.
Give us accurate information, use the site and our services lawfully, and don't misuse our forms or messaging. You're responsible for your own business's compliance, data, and customer relationships.
We work hard to do this well, but the site and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Tech Stars University isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to.
