The terms
- Month to month, with no minimum term
- Cancel any month. What we built in your accounts keeps running; what stops is the upkeep
- When something underneath changes after you cancel, that repair is on you unless you come back
Where this stops
- There are two of us. That caps how many ongoing clients we can carry at once, and when we're at the cap we'll tell you the date we open up instead of squeezing you in.
- One improvement a month means one. If what you want is bigger than a month, we'll say so before you start.
- This isn't a 24/7 support desk, and we don't take work that needs a compliance posture we can't honestly claim.
We would rather tell you the edge of the work up front than discover it together halfway through.
