A custom AI system we built that reads hundreds of public bid pages every morning and sends Northland contractors one clean list, sorted by fit.
It is the "around" case: no off-the-shelf tool did this job, so we built one.
What a typical project changes
Quote to job to invoice
Before The office manager re-enters every signed quote into the scheduler, then again into invoicing.
After A signed quote creates the job and a draft invoice. She checks them instead of typing them.
The same staff questions
Before New hires ask the owner the same questions every week.
After They ask an assistant that answers from the written procedures and says so when they don't cover it.
Calls during a job
Before Calls that come in while everyone is on a job ring out.
After Every missed call gets a text back within about a minute, and the conversation is waiting afterward.
